Part 1: This is not our stop
The instructions were simple: take the blue line. Nobody mentioned that the blue would be an entire ocean. The JAMBO girls had their beauty-supply bags, their Lace Bond bottles, and enough plans for one ordinary afternoon. Then the train display announced the next stop: Atlantis.
Lime grabbed the pole and pointed at the window. A shark the size of a very unreasonable transportation problem was looking back at her. “Girl, this is NOT our stop!” Pink glanced up from her phone. “You said take the blue line.” Technically correct. Emotionally unhelpful.

Part 2: Why is he following us?
They moved down the car. The shark moved with them. Lime kept her green-cap JAMBO Active close while Pink carried the shopping bag and held up her phone. Outside the intact glass, their enormous travel companion stayed beside them, matching their position.
“Why is he FOLLOWING us?!” Lime asked. Pink studied the camera angle. “Maybe he likes my angle.” Some friends look for an exit. Others find the lighting. This was rapidly becoming a disagreement about priorities.

Part 3: He wants a selfie
Pink turned the screen so Lime could see it. There were their faces, the familiar subway window, and one shark positioned almost perfectly in the background. Every time the phone moved, he adjusted. He was not trying to catch the girls. He was trying to catch the camera.
“Wait… he wants a SELFIE?” The discovery changed everything. Pink gave her the look reserved for a friend who has finally caught up. “Told you. Good lighting.” On the ledge, JAMBO Lace Bond Active and Extreme Hold were ready for their close-up. The girls just needed to negotiate with the unexpected background talent.

Part 4: Smile. Less teeth.
Fine. One picture. The girls leaned together, Pink raised the phone, and Lime held up the Active bottle. The shark moved into place behind the glass with the enthusiasm of someone who had never been told a photo was supposed to be candid.
“Smile. LESS TEETH.” He softened the grin. The ocean shimmered behind him, the Extreme Hold bottle stood on the ledge, and the girls finally laughed. A terrifying commute had turned into a product photo with a guest appearance nobody would believe without evidence.

Part 5: We got the shot. He wants a tag.
They got the shot. The bags were still with them, the JAMBO bottles were in the frame, and their underwater companion looked extremely pleased with his contribution. “That was close!” Lime said. Pink checked the result: “It came out perfect!”
Then the shark added his condition: “Tag me.” Of course. He had followed an entire train for this photo; he was not settling for an uncredited cameo. At the edge of the window, an octopus peeked in. Apparently, the next passenger had eight arms and the same idea.

The real JAMBO behind the underwater selfie
JAMBO Lace Bond is the lace wig adhesive featured in this story. Active is the green-cap bottle; Extreme Hold is the pink-cap bottle. The underwater commute is fictional comedy: the girls stay dry behind intact glass, and the scene is not a water-resistance test or a product performance claim.
