Part 1: Booked for what?

Everyone has that friend whose calendar sounds impossible to get into. A quick stop? Not today. Ten minutes? Absolutely booked. Outside 3 Star Beauty Supply in Montgomery, Pink held up her phone with the confidence of someone managing a full international tour.

“Girl, I am BOOKED.” Lime asked the obvious question: “For ten minutes?” The storefront was right there. So was the opportunity for a beauty-supply run. But Pink had a schedule to protect, and apparently even standing near the entrance was pushing it.

Part 2: The word that changed the calendar

Lime brought out the green-cap JAMBO Lace Bond Active bottle. “They have JAMBO.” Pink stopped negotiating with time. Her sunglasses lowered. Her expression changed. “Wait. HERE?!”

It was not a discount announcement, a countdown, or a promise about stock running out. Just the right product at the right store—and suddenly the afternoon looked a little more flexible. The same person who could not spare ten minutes was now very interested in the front door.

Part 3: Now you are the slow one

“Come ON!” Pink was already moving toward the entrance. Lime followed, amused by how quickly she had become the one holding up the trip. A moment ago, she had been asking for a quick stop. Now she was being hurried through her own suggestion.

“What about your schedule?” Fair question. Nobody had canceled a meeting. No appointment had mysteriously disappeared. Yet here they were, one friend speed-walking toward a beauty store while the other waited for the explanation.

Pink hurries toward the 3 Star entrance and waves Lime along, reversing their earlier roles.

Part 4: A very important appointment with a pillow

The calendar finally came into view. NAP. MORE NAP. That was the packed agenda. Lime stared at the screen. “Those were NAPS?!” Pink did not apologize for treating rest seriously. “Very important ones.”

Honestly, fair. A quiet afternoon is a plan too. The funny part was the dramatic scheduling speech—and the speed at which a JAMBO stop earned an exception. No urgent rescheduling email was needed. Just a slightly later appointment with the pillow.

Part 5: Booked. Busy. Bought it.

The beauty-supply run was complete. Pink had her bag, Lime had the satisfaction of being right, and both JAMBO Lace Bond variants got their final close-up. “Booked. Busy. BOUGHT IT.” Pink offered an update for anyone still worried about her calendar: “Nap rescheduled.”

Then the phone in her bag lit up: MOM CALLING. The shopping trip had an ending. The newly flexible schedule might not. Some plans move for JAMBO; some move because Mom has one more thing for you to do.

The girls leave 3 Star Beauty Supply with their shopping bag and both JAMBO products as Pink’s phone shows Mom Calling.
